Your website is overwhelming and your filters are terrible. I am sure you have something I would want, but if I had not been stuck with a store credit, I would not shop here
The size chart doesn't leave much room between sizes
I'm really loving this store. My dress is Gorgeous. The customer Service is immaculate!
Love all 4 dresses for my bridesmaids would rate a 5star however did run into a problem. First order was canceled since I didn't reply to a email on time. Reordered the dresses only to have size I needed gone had to go from 14 to 18.
Never was able to talk to anyone about my order. Placed the order March 31, it took them til April 5 to let me know the dress that was i order was not there. Then another few days to let me know by email that i could order a different size. Customer service is horrible. Needed a dress by the 17th to much time went by with no answer or text. No one ever answers the phone that is listed. I will never order from this company again
I placed an oder on friday and today is thursday and i receive a message that that the dress that i had already bought is out of stock. I paid an extra 24$ for fast shipping, i have a wedding tomorrow and i am left with no dress. This place is very unprofessional and i will never consider this place to anyone!

You cannot get your money back, so order a size larger and have it altered. Shipping takes several weeks. I feel like this is a scam website. If you can, get it any other place but here.

Stay away from this company! You can return the dress but you will lose most of your money in the process! Store credit only with a bunch of penalties. They keep your money and keep the return. Big Scammers!
